Salted caramel muffins

Here’s a delightful recipe for salted caramel muffins:

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour: 1 ½ cups
  • Granulated sugar: ¾ cup
  • Brown sugar: ¼ cup
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon (plus extra for topping)
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Milk: 1 cup (or any non-dairy milk)
  • Vegetable oil: ⅓ cup (or melted butter)
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Salted caramel sauce: ½ cup (plus extra for drizzling on top)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.

  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and ½ cup of salted caramel sauce until well combined.
